By submitting a creator application and publishing a blueprint on BreakFreeStudio, you agree to these terms in full. Acceptance is recorded at the time you submit your application. If you do not agree, do not apply or publish.
Blueprints contain prompts and workflow methodology — not generated images or video files. When you purchase a blueprint, you receive the creative process: the ordered sequence of AI prompts, tools used, and decisions made to produce the finished video. You do not receive the actual image renders, video clips, or any output files generated by the creator.
A blueprint is a record of your creative methodology — the ordered sequence of prompts, tools, assets, and decisions used to produce a specific finished AI music video. By publishing a blueprint you represent that:
When a buyer purchases your blueprint, you grant them a personal, non-transferable license to view and reference your methodology for their own creative work. You do not transfer ownership of your source assets, video outputs, or any underlying IP. The watermarked assets remain yours.
Important: Once a blueprint has been purchased, BreakFreeStudio cannot permanently delete it. A buyer who has paid for a license has a legal right to access what they purchased. Please read Section 5 carefully before publishing.
Blueprints in draft status have not been seen or purchased by any buyer. You may delete a draft blueprint at any time and it will be permanently removed with no impact on anyone.
Once a blueprint has been purchased, deleting it performs a soft delete — not a permanent removal. This is by design to protect buyers who have paid in good faith.

The blueprint's content remains accessible to buyers who already purchased it. It is not visible to you or anyone else in any listing — it is effectively retired, not erased.
If you have a legitimate legal reason to request permanent removal of a published, purchased blueprint (e.g. a DMCA takedown, legal dispute, or privacy concern), contact support@breakfreestudio.ai. We will:
Permanent removal due to a change of mind — without a legal basis — is not guaranteed and may be declined if it would harm buyers who paid in good faith.
If a published blueprint has never been purchased, deletion is permanent and immediate. No buyers are affected.
You agree not to publish blueprints that:
BreakFreeStudio reserves the right to reject, unpublish, or remove any blueprint that violates these standards, with or without notice.
If your creator account is terminated for violation of these terms:
BreakFreeStudio may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered creator address. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
